LSVs are fully street legal. They have additional safety features and meet the Florida State DMV requirements including having seatbelts, windshield wipers, brake, headlights, turn signals, reflex reflectors, side mirrors, and carry registration and license plate, allowing them on all public roads with speed limits 35mph and under. Not all golf carts are street legal. Golf carts that aren’t street legal (LSVs) are only permitted within private communities on private roads and are not allowed to be driven on public roads. Often golf carts that aren’t street legal don’t have all the same safety features that a street-legal cart is required to have.

The LSV is powered by an electric 48-volt power-train, with a max speed of 25mph. Range depends on how many passengers and other items.

They are 100% electric powered and include a power cord to recharge after each use. Just plug into a standard outlet every night, overnight, for recharging if it’s low.

We will contact you and arrange for the pickup of the cart so that there is no risk of damage to the cart during an extreme weather event.

No, we will take care of that for you. Make sure to remove all personal items and debris.

Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to the start date of your rented LSV, otherwise, your paid rental fee is non-refundable. If you have to cancel or postpone prior to the 10-day period, your rental fee will be refunded to your credit card on file. You will receive a receipt by email within a few days, depending on your credit card return/refund policies.
